I just used it last month, a bottle's worth. I didn't notice any of the problems you mentioned. I actually felt really good on it, though I'm not sure if that was just a coincidence.

I used the Readisorb product (www.readisorb.com). It was expensive and really smelly! But I will definitely use it again if my LLMD thinks that I need to.
