My original symptoms were fever, joint pain, and full body hives and I have had the full body hives for over two years!?!
I belong to a forum of chronic hivers, and I think that its possible many of them may have undiagnosed Lyme.
My Igenex tests were 23-25IND, 31++++, 39IND, 41+, 83-93+
I think that due to the high positivity of the 31 band, I may have had Lyme for a long time. My first outbreak of hives was when I was 16.
Anyone else out there with a similar story?

I have mild hives on and off and I believe it is from the lyme. I am not on antibiotics and all of a sudden this morning.....one leg popped out with red itchy welts. Anyone else with this problem? Also often get stinging itches like bites but with no welts and no real bites

Hives can come from an underlying infection of parasites and worms. They can play a MAJOR part in Lyme disease.
Do a search on here and type in parasites and Lyme. Also look at symptoms of parasites.

Hives on me as well. Suddenly came on. I thought it was some sort of reaction to my meds-- Zith, plaquenil, thyroid med, supplements??
Have had tbi's for about 15 years. Hives came on this month with the new meds.

My son had hives two weeks ago. They were below the knee on both legs. His symptoms were all off the chart for those couple of days also. Did you experience aggravated symptoms those days.
Both of my sons have had the itchy singing bites with no evidence of marks.

YES.....I had horrible hives when I was infected. Good old Dr. B told me that is is caused by an immune system that is in overdrive due to infection.

Yeah, I would say that my skin became more reactive with lyme/co's. Like if I lift a large cardboard box, sometimes I'll get hives/streaks across my arms at the contact points.
Never had this issue before being sick....and it's not the meds.

Lymeor something I too have noticed OVERSENSITIVE skin on me as well as my son.
I should add we both have Bart. So, according to Dr B it very well could be any TBI.

Are welts or hives the same thing as the open sores in Morgellon's? I don't have any open sores or see any threads and stuff.
I did see a funny bit like spot on my back with half a ring around it. I did get alot of bug bites this week. I also had a sore throat for a week right before the welts on my legs broke out. I'm wondering if one of my bites contained some toxin or microbe that made my body over react. Is that was Dr. B was saying?

Dr. B as good a doctor as he is does not have all the answers. I have never seen him address the possible co-infection of Filarial Worms which Dr. K. and other LLMDs address with all of their patients.
HIVES is on the symptom list of parasite symptoms. You can do a search on here under parasite symptoms.
The response I received when I e-mailed Lymedocs was that when they treated their patients for parasites and worms the other infections were much easire to treat.
