i just lost my insurance, does anyone know the cost out of pocket for: doxy,biaxin,valtrex,hydrocodone and best places to get them?

I suggest trying to find insurance as soon as possible. These medicines will become cost prohibitive in a short time.
Doxy, biaxin and other common antibiotics are relatively cheap, especially if you take generics. Think between $10-40 for a one month's supply.
Valtrex I'm afraid is expensive. Very, very expensive - its around $400- 500 a month. There is no generic yet for valtrex itself. Think that's bad? Valcyte is upwards of $4000-6000!
Hydrocodone or any opioid except Oxy-contin, available generically, is relatively cheap. Think $20-50 a month.
Best places to get most of them are at your local pharmacy. Most of what you listed isn't that expensive. As far as Valtrex is concerned, you could order it from a Canadian or european pharmacy, but it will still be expensive - about half the price of what you'd pay for it here, however. There's also gray and black market drugs, such as a trip to mexico, but the quality and purity of what's sold down there is suspect.
Try and find other insurance or prescription assistance plans in your area.

Rite Aid has a free prescription drug plan you sign up for -- will save you maybe 10 or 20% off the regular non-insurance price. There are many other similar free plans -- I have one through AAA.

You might also try asking your pharmacy or others around town about discounts for patients paying cash, similar to the Rite Aid plan Bea Seibert mentioned. Some of the pharmacies are willing to give you a better price, but you should specifically ask for it and tell them that you don't have insurance right now.
