I have "near" infared tent sauna, which I hear can cause metals to move.
Does regular hot sauna do same?

I bought a far infrared sauna from Sunlighten, the portable dome. I've heard from a few sources that the far infrared does move heavy metals and that if you have amalgams, all it does is move them around to different parts of the body. Hence it being more harmful than beneficial.
Don't know how accurate that info is, I have around 16 amalgams I hope to get replaced at some point.
I am not familiar with near infrared sauna. Hope someone finds this post and can shed more light on the subject.
