Just a quick question to anyone that might be able to help.
I will apologize in advance to those of you that have numerous symptoms. I hope that you find relief and healing.
I am fortunate in that I only have one symptom at this time. I have a tremor that resides primarily to the left of my spine. It also spreads into my head at night and around my mouth at times.
I experience mild fatigue through the work week, but I don't have aches and pains or any other symptoms.
Could this really be Lyme with just one symptom? Why wouldn't I have any other symptoms?
Thank you for any input you can provide. I really appreciate it.

Absolutely. Most of the time, my only symptom is cognitive impairment.

Hi,
I will say I have lots of symptoms and can certainly relate to your facial stuff.
However, what I will also say, other than awful neck pain, I can't complain about a lot of aches/pains or arthritis-type symptoms. My symptoms are almost all neurological in nature. That's just my experience so far with Lyme and company. TS

Seems the everyone's symptoms though at times may be similar, in many cases they can and do differ... But Lyme is my suspect. I myself am still very new to all this and please do not take it as medical advice.

it seems that all my husbands symptoms are also neurological as well...he has had head and eye pain now for almost 8 yrs..eyes are so bad he can't be in sunlight or have the tv on..let alone the computer...thats my job...one thing that helped us know he does have lyme...5 yrs ago the eye dr said he had glaucoma and was on eye drops...then 2 yrs ago got a pos test for lyme...in the spring of this year his eye pressure for glaucoma droped to 12 which is normal...he was on abx for lyme for 1 1/2 yrs...so it my not be glaucoma at all... of course the eye dr will not agree...but lyme dr does..so everyone has there own symptoms but alot are neurological...but it can make you real sick also...hang in there everyone

Lyme can definitely be one symptom.
I've talked to people over the years who have a couple of symptoms and they say "I don't have all of the symptoms" so I don't think I have lyme. They seem to think they have to have all the symptoms to have lyme. Of course we here know that if you do, you are bedridden.
You are fortunate to have one symptom and already be alerted to lyme. Tremors never get better on their own but w/treatment some can go away totally.
Doctor's consider Bell's Palsy as a reason to treat or diagnose lyme. That's one symptom!
Also, you may very well have other symptoms you are not realizing are lyme sx. Once you get treatment for lyme it's amazing how many things change that you would never have expected.
For example, I was scheduled for double carpel tunnel surgery and cancelled it after my lyme diagnoses. Just too much going on at once. What a surprise when it went away! 6 years later I work twice as hard (cutting hair) and it's returned in a very minimal, tolerable way. Before it was excruciating so I'm VERY happy with my lyme treatment :-)

YES!
Lyme and TBIs affect us all in completely different ways. Some people get very ill with it, others only slightly, and some barely at all. It really depends on the person's immune system and many other biological reasons I can't explain.
For example, I've been very ill with this disease. Moreso in the past when I was trying to find out what was wrong with me. Since treatment, I have had many 'good', better days though I'm still having a hard time especially while herxing.
My husband, on the other hand, is not noticebly ill and his main symptom is fatigue and/or sometimes neck stiffness. I want him to stay at least this functional and healthy *KNOCK ON WOOD* because he's the only one right now bringing in money for the two of us to survive.
