I am running out of my last Abx ( biaxin and Flagyl ) this Thursday and will not have my LLMD appointment until December 22.
I have been on Abx for the last 10 months or so. Just wanted to know what I should do for the 5 days.
My options w
Stay off abx for a 1 week or so and see how I make out
take some left over Doxy.
I think I read that it is important to give your body a break in between abx.
Any comments would be appreaciated.

I would call the LLMD and ask for advice and/or a refill to see you through until the next appointment.

there are a lot of online sites where you can get most any medication as well as abxs from.
imo, a break of a week or two would not be a bad idea but if your symptoms return w/ cessation of abxs i would promptly start your protocol again.

I would call in a refill and also call your doctor. Stopping without your doctor agreeing that is correct is risky.

you state that you have some old doxy...Please be careful! I've read that when doxy and related abx get too old, they break down into components that are toxic.
