I have read everything in the archives about Levaquin, just looking for some new input I suppose.

Energy issues and brain tiredness/spaceyness are my main symptoms. Mental tasks, or multiple people talking at once, is excrusiatingly exhausting for me. Thinking or focusing makes me too tired to function. But also, I have bad fatigue in general.

Would Levaquin help me with these things? Rifampin didn't. Looking for experiences from others.

I'm pretty sure it helped Six Goofy Kids in this area a lot. Might want to check with her.

Just started Levaquin on the 16th.
I think it has helped-I have actually had some good "head" days that I wasn't having before. Yesterday was a good day-first in LONG time.

I'm hoping this works-the brain fog and headaches were getting BAD- won't mention the grouchy, grumpy, leave me alone person I've become.

Wishing you luck- What else are you taking? Keep me updated on your response to Levaquin.

I'm not currently taking it. I am on Rifampin and Minocycline currently, but the Rifampin isn't doing much (the mino has taken away my insomnia but no herxing, etc), so I'm debating whether or not I want to pursue Levaquin, or whether I want to move on to babesia (something other than Mepron or Malarone).

Not sure, but if it makes your sx worse, be aware of the fact that it
could be an extremely serious ADR. They're really not that uncommon.
