My provider put me on Lymphatic Drainage from Natures Sunshine. Says it should help with my cold and such that i am dealing with now. Anyone ever try something similar?

red root tincture does the trick for me. i read about it in buhner's book.

yeah this supplement i am taking has it in it. Everythings draining right now. Wish the dizziness would die back down too.

Man! Everything is draining!! I feel weak, cant sleep though. So much mucus and crud coming out. When will it all end?
