My doctor wants me to take enzymes like
Wobenzym, Nattokinase or Cellulase.
It should be for blood thinning and to kill the bugs.
I tried several times but I always get very sick after only two days. I start slowly, but get bad tingling and vibrating in my legs.
Then I need weeks to get back to normal.
Thanks for your input.Karen

I tried to take digestive enzymes a number of times this past summer and had a similar reaction.

Each time after a few days my symptoms would worsen alot. Once I stopped the enzymes it took me 2 to 3 weeks to get back to feeling the way I was.

The chiro I was seeing at the time never figured out why this happened. Obviously we decided not to try them again.

I'm not sure if it was a herx, an allergic reaction to one of the ingrediants, or something else.

Yes I had that happen to me with bolouke aka lumbrokinase which resulted in a super herx. It thins the blood which makes the abx work more intensly.

I have since switched to a vegetable enzyme which is much better. It works to help disolve biofilm without the intense herx reactions.
