I have been on doxy for about 2 weeks and it recently occurred to me that the blurred vision and confusion that I have been experiencing suddenly could be from the Doxy and not the Lyme, especially since I have never had those problems before.
Has anyone had this problem with Doxy before?

Have you taken any other abx for Lyme? Based on my experiences, any new med can give me a herx (increased symptoms form pathogen die-off) for over 2 weeks.
I'm actually in a similar situation, having started doxy 1.5 weeks ago. Even after 8 months of aggressive Lyme treatment, adding on doxy has turned me into a zombie.
If you are concerned, you should call your LLMD. There are also many things you can take for detox that can help the herx, the simplest being lemon water. Chlorella is also good for detox. There have been lots of discussions about detox on here, so you should find tons of info by doing a search for "detox".
