When I stick my tongue out it quivers in the front. It is not twitching. Does anyone have that or have experienced it.

Hi,
Yes, I have. At my lowest low, when I was tremoring everywhere, my tongue would also quiver like crazy.
I still have tongue issues, mainly off and on numbness. TS

The involuntary movement (twitching) of muscles is called fasciculations.
If you look it up under Wikepedia, it can be attributed to Lyme disease.
Go figure.
Some medications can also cause this like benadryl and some
Seizure medicines. Try adding in some more magnesium.
That may help.
Hugs,
Geneal
