Have anyone had toungue faciculatins, numbnes in the fase, dificult to swelling and speak???

Are you on any new meds? Is your tongue really swollen or does it just feel that way?

My toungue is not swollen. but i can feel and see the twiching ( faciculations) on my toungue.
Yes i am on new, but not big doseses medicine.
I am going to going to germany this week to my lyme doctor, and he want a new treatment for me.

Will it go away? I have a lot of als symptoms.

Fasciculations can be caused by Lyme disease.


I am a Speech Therapist and am just now able on most days

To find the words I want to use and pronounce them

Without messing up over and over again.

It does get better with treatment.

I get the tongue twitches (I get twitches ALL over, for the majority of the day). Also, numb lips and difficulty speaking.
