I've had three skin Biopsies anf they all came back drug related.

Wasn't taking any drugs at the time.

Can anyone tell me why this would happen when you have lyme.

Thanks

This happens because the pathologists have absolutely no idea what they are looking at or for.

What they are seeing is signs of inflammation in your biopsies and because of their lack of knowledge they chalk it up to a reaction to a drug. They did this TWICE on my daughters skin lesions that popped up on her feet, ankles, shins.

If one looks for apples in an orange grove, they will find nothing.

If my daughter would have agreed to more biopsies (can't say I blame her) I would have sent the tissue to Igenex.

I had a skin biopsy and nothing showed up. No one even bothered to call me with the results. And I was covered head to toe with rash. I agree that it's probably ignorance.

My skin biopsies came back as unidentified inflammation

This is all very interesting. I have some things on my skin that my LLMD says "looks like bart", but I've never had any skin biopsy on it.

I think by the sounds of what you are all saying here, there's no reason to waste our money anyway.
