My doctor just put me on ReadiSorb Liposomal Glutathione, and I am wondering if I need to separate it from antibiotics and or other supplements? Med schedule is already pretty complicated, so I hope not, any advice? -karen

I took this for awhile and don't recall a caution about when to take it. I don't think it matters?

Hi cs,
Just going by what my LLND said, I take the Readisorb an hour after my anti-microbial herbs, and two hours after breakfast and dinner.
I take the Readisorb at the same time as my other detox supplements (vitamin C, activated charcoal, a homeopathic detox formula, etc.).
I don't care for the taste, so my LLND said it was OK to mix it with something highly flavored. It goes in a glass with an ounce or so of pomegranate juice and a few ounces of cold herbal iced tea and a little water.
Hope this helps, Nutmeg

I talked to the folks at readisorb when I was ordering mine. They said first thing in AM on empty stomach, then wait 20-30 min before I take my "empty stomach" supplements and then I wait another 30 min after that to eat.
I don't like all this waiting but I LOVE this product, it's helped me feel a ton better, so it's completely & totally worth it. Mix it with a little orange juice to cut the rotten egg smell/taste.

someone asked me about dosing, so here's that info.
I started with 1/8 tsp twice/day - since I was told some react strongly if they are very toxic. I only felt better. I worked up to 1 tsp twice/day then backed off a bit since the stuff is so expensive. I was told to take it twice/day on empty stomach. 20-30 min before any supplements. I mix it with a bit of orange juice and it's fine.
I'm going to try and make my own to save $ using the instructions in this video, and substituting powdered glutathione (by ecological formulas) for vit C.
I tried it once already with the syrupy version of sunflower lecithin from NOW brands and that didn't mix well instead it kind of congealed, so I just ordered powdered lecithin instead. see links & instructions at bottom of youtube video. you can also google this topic & find recipes.

Yes, go very slow on dosing! 1/8 tsp sounds like great advice. I started with 1/2 tsp and got a massive migraine (worst I have ever had) with aura and vomiting.
