I have recently heard/read about this combo for BLO, I think some people are doing this at a clinic in AZ. Maybe by prescription by Dr F of the bloodsmear labs?

Has anyone heard about this? Done it? My LLMD hadn't heard about it.

I think that they are doing this at ENVITA in AZ.

There was a discussion last week about Envita.

Is Envita doing this per Dr F? There has to be a connection there. Perhaps Dr F is advising?

I went out to Long-life medical in Mesa, AZ and I think this is the shtick they wanted me to do.

It seemed like a hoax. The doctor claimed they were doing clinical trials for the CDC but wanted me to pay $8,500 dollars for 4 weeks of the IV treatments.

They will also give you a coffee enema and zap your body with "magical" electrical energy that also happens to infuse the special - and expensive - supplements with "special powers"

The whole thing left me feeling like they were just praying on Lyme patients for their money.

They did draw my blood and send it to Dr. F in Scottsdale but he has nothing to do with the treatments. I'm still waiting for the lab results.

Approach this doctor and this treatment at your own risk; his words to me were that Dr. Burrascano and Dr. Singleton didn't know what they were talking about...

I feel like at some point I heard about the use of minocycline with EDTA for biofilms, but that could have been for Lyme......

....so I'm off topic since we're talking about BLO.

But, who knows? I just brought it up because that was another combo involving EDTA I had heard suggested.

On another forum a few people were using the word "cure". But it was not the Long Life Medical facility at all. I think the treatment protocol might have come from Dr F from the now-famous lab. Bea, have you heard anything about this>?

Hi CD57,

When I called Dr. F's office in Scottsdale, they said he treated Lyme patients but was not a specalist.

The best thing might be to just call his office and ask him! Here are the numbers:

Lab: 480-991-4555
Lab: 480-292-8560

OOPPS!

I didn't realize, until just a few minute ago, that I'm not suppose to post doctor's names or citys on this site.

I didn't realize it could cause a problem and I'm very sorry. Please don't kick me off because this is the only support I have.

Thanks for your understanding.

Lymestop, thanks! You are "in the know". Is this person a patient of Dr F? Are you a patient there too?

Joe, you can edit your post to delet doc names. I don't think we're supposed to use cities either.

I have read that EDTA inhibits biofilm but not breaks it down although again I have read the following agents actually break down Biofilm

Heparin
HH Capsules
lumbrokinase

I assume as EDTA is a blood thinner and it could therefore have the same properties as Heparin with regard to bio-films as obviously that is why EDTA is used in some blood tubes to stop it clotting, but again I have not seen any evidence that it actually breaks down biofilm - I persoanlly would go for Zith and Heparin.

If there is any evidence that EDTA breaks down biofilms pls post it.

We used to use IV EDTA Chealtion in clinic all of the time to remove heavy metals and for serious atherosclerosis to remove calcification so I would be interested to see studies regarding biofilms
