But I believe for me I need Vanco again, was on it prior for 4 1/2 weeks.
Does anyone know how long I can stay on it?? I really feel I need the A bomb to knock it out.

You can stay on it quite awhile. 6 week cycles are usually used, and sometimes pulsing, but you must absolutely monitor your kidneys. It's also wise of course to combine it with multiple drugs, like Oral Ceftin, and perhaps even other things. I know there are a lot of IV drugs, surprisingly. I just found out that Minocycline even has IM shots.
