Another thought, they sell hand/ foot warmers in the sporting dept of walmart that last for a long time. You can slip them in your shoes for the feet. Or put them in your pants pockets for you hands.
Also, are you drinking lots of hot liquids and eating only hot/warm foods? I know I can't eat or drink anything cold in the winter. I have Raynauds really bad.
Hope you feel better.

I have cold feet and cold lower legs. This has been so for over 8 years. I dont have any fever but do have chronic fatigue. When I was first sick my whole body was shivering and I wore a coat in summer but my thyroid test was fine. Finally found an endo. doc who looked at me the patient instead of the lab test and gave me thyroid meds and the freezing cold body got better but I still have cold feet on and off in the winter. Sonetimes I cant do enough to get them warm. I do wear long underwear & leg warmers and heavy socks.
I just saw a doc in R.I. about my dementia and will be tested for alzheimers soon. I told him about the thyroid and he asked me who the doc was cuz he says he has a lot of clients who have that same problems and he treats a lot of chronic lyme patients for alzheimers.

Yes, I did (as you can see from my screen name). After being on the MP, my blood is normalized (in terms of thickness, as measured by INR) and the intracellular & extracellular bugs are gone.
Worsening circulation with the other symptoms are all part of a clinical picture that a Lyme literate doctor will often recognize as a problem.
Good luck with your next steps...do you have a good doc that you trust?
