Hello,

About 6 months ago I had about 4-5 very itching marks on my legs with the bull's eye rash that expanded until it faded away.

I am being treated by a LLMD, but I was wondering if anyone here has or knows of anyone that had 8-9 bull's eye rashes ? ( or am I the only "lucky" one ).

Regards,

Sean.

Yes, multiple Bulls-eye rashes have been documented. Sometimes 2, sometimes 10, but they can show up at the sight of the bite (one) or over the entire body at different points.

The reason most people have co-infections is the result of multiple bites -- in my opinion. Many of us go undiagnosed for quite awhile and I think this is one factor that contributes.

My son had over 20 em rashes, all over his body. He looked like a pink dalmation before the central clearing started.

When I researched it, I found at canlyme that about 10% of people who contract lyme will get multiple rashes.

It doesn't necessarily mean that you got bit a whole bunch of times at once, but rather that the infection has deseminated throughout your body.

Hope that helps.

I was attacked by 12 something? I first thought chiggers. Then I got educated about nymph ticks.
LLMD after my description said most likely nymphs.

Three weeks later the illness from hell hit. My PCP put me on abx and within a couple weeks I had about 6 quarter size bulls eyes. Faint, not like most pix you see.

They were there. So the hell started. Everything depends on what exactly everyone of your biters had mixed into your blood stream.

I've been biten by ticks since and have never had anything that formed a bulls eye. Other strange reactions. Very strange.

June 3rd I had an oval rash on my chest. A week later I developed 2 rounded rashes on my legs.

The first LLMD I went to in August told me I was probably bit before... He said you don't get a rash first time you are bit. Does anyone else know if this is true?

I agree.

Being bit 8 or 9 times on separate occasions seems very unlikely! A disseminated rash seems more so.
