I found this sentence on the first page telling:

"Among the two dozen patients who have been through the program so far, there have been just two diagnoses, when patients admitted for neurological symptoms were found to have rare forms of multiple sclerosis," which of course we know "officially" has no known cause, so really they haven't solved anything, have they?

I feel like writing to them and asking them this.
