For about the last 12 days I've had a case of dizziness that won't go away. This is accompanied by a headache and feeling like there is fullness/throbbing in my head. I don't know what it could be. Anyone experienced this? It's like it was dizzy wise when I first got diagnosed back last july; it was my worst symptom and now its back. Just searching for answers

up for answers. I get this too. Sometimes it's part of a Plaquenil herx, other times it's just there. Actually, most of the time it's there.
Worse in the morning, and in the late afternoon.

What meds are you on? Have you started anything new recently?

nothing new. I'm on flagyl, zithromax and doxy.
Doc says its probably a herx or a die off.

It could be that your cranials are out. I've had this on and off and have had my chiro adjust my cranials along with cranial sacral work from a massage therapist who is trained in this.
Could be a herx, lyme, most definitely. Have you gone to your Doc or called your LLMD about this? I'd start with all of these.

Clint,
I have the same exact thing and it is scary. My bouts of dizziness are accompanied with a headache and numbness of left arm. I havent started treatment yet so I cannot tell you if its abx related.
I just wanted to share that I can very much so relate. I hope it gets better for you!

I get this too.
I'm not diagnosed yet so am therefore not on any meds.
But mine kind of comes and goes too. Very annoying.

Besides fatigue, severe headaches with dizziness/vertigo are my main symptoms. I am dizzy everyday and a headache always accompanies the dizziness.
My headaches and dizziness get worse as the day goes on (they are worse at night).
For me, it feels like there is spinning inside my head, and sometimes throbbing inside my head too.
I do have Lyme, and haven't yet been diagnosed with co-infections, but I wonder if it's more a Babesia symptom than Lyme.

I had the same thing and actually had an MRI. Then I read Dr. Burrascano's recommendation for neurotoxicity and have been taking Cholestrymine(sp?) which binds with the toxins and carries them away. Take it for a month. Buhner also has a protocol and my naturapath said you can also take activated charcoal. I'm almost symptom free within 2 weeks, but note that I also finally started treatment for Bartonella which is helping too. Good luck. It's really scary, I know. Cuffee
