Our LLMD recommended buying it online from Vitacost, but I didn't ask about a specific brand.

My LLMD just started me on XYMOGEN OptiMag 125. It says "exclusive professional formula" on the bottle. This is apparently patented.

Cost: $21 for 120 pills...2 pills/twice a day.

My LLMD is both MD & Certified Nutritional Specialist. I'm new to treating this via LLMD, so I can't tell you more than that.
Best of Luck!

You can purchase it here: http://spinelife.stores.yahoo.net/

This site carries all the high quality
brands used by Alternative doctors. This product looks like a very good quality one but note that it only has 125mg of magnesium per tablet.

Reading labels is important with supplements just as it is important with any thing you buy that you are going to ingest, especially food.

Here are other places below you can purchase it. Quality brands are important when buying

supplements. In cheap brands sold at drug stores and supermarkets you could be playing only for fillers and saw dust.

They are unregulated and are not checked by any one to ensure that they contain what they claim

they do. Studies have been done and have found that some of the lesser know brands had none or almost none of the active ingredient.

My doc recommended Metagenics. I have no idea if this is a great brand or not, but I am able to tolerate it. Up until recently my gut could not tolerate any supplements at all. Magnesium, especially, killed it.

Metagenics is an excellent brand. It is marketed toward to doctors and the company maintains very
high standards.
