I have been off abx for 1 month and decided to go on high quality probiotic ( HMF replete)
Initially, I assumed that this was a lyme relapse, but now I am wondering if this could be a candida die off.
The symptoms seem to be getting better. Can you have a herx without taking abx ? Can your normal immune system kill off bugs and create a herx. I guess, I was associating herxes only with abx, so I am confused if I am herxing or having a relapse
Any comments would be appreciated

This might not be much help, but my LLMD said that the majority of Lyme relapses would happen around the 1 month mark off of antibiotics. Probably not what you want to hear.
I do know that some people have mentioned having Candida herxes though.
