I have high liver enzymes and cirrhosis of the liver which my doc thinks may be caused by an
immuno deficiency as he has no explanation for the cirrhosis. I'm 34 and never drank much either.
He's skeptical of my claims of Lyme. If I can show him a link between Lyme and immune
deficiency, we may finally make some progress. Does anyone have info or links relating to this?

idiopathic hepatitis can/does occur with liver damage.
emedicine site has some good info. also try to cross google liver disease/infectious causes and see what ya hit
thats all my brain can come up with at this time, there are a number of things that can do a liver in. finding the cause is important. liver enzymes dont go up for no reason. cirrhosis is a symptom for you???
what i mean is, the liver cirrhosis sounds like is a symptom not cause?? if this is the case then ID the cause is important

certain antibiotics can cause liver failure. My friends daughter who is 19 has the same symptoms which were caused by an antibiotic she took for a urinary tract infection.
