Dear Friends,

I just got an internet ad for 2-for-one Coconut Cream Concentrate from Tropical Traditions.

I am not connected with this company, and receive no compensation at all for any purchases made.

At any rate, this is WONDERFUL stuff for eating if you're taking Mepron, for example. I lost about 10 lbs, while eating several times the amount of fat I usually do while taking Mepron, by the fat being coconut cream.

Besides, it tastes GREAT!!!

Note that coconut oil (coconut cream is 70% coconut oil) is good for combatting yeast, etc.

Anyway, if you want to get some, here's a great opportunity!

Love,

Cass A

ORGANIC COCONUT CREAM CONCENTRATE 32 OZ.: BUY 2 GET 2 FREE

Coconut Cream Concentrate is certified organic whole coconut meat in concentrated form. It contains no additives (not even water).

The dried coconut meat is ground into a very fine powder, giving it a creamy consistency due to its high fat content. Since it is 70% fat, it is a rich source of pure virgin coconut oil. Note: this is a food, not a cooking oil.

It is an excellent ingredient for cooking and baking. Because of its low moisture content, it can be mixed right in the batter or dough of breads and pastries.

It can also enhance soups, be blended with smoothies, or made into ice cream. Many people just eat it straight, or spread it on breads and crackers, because it is so delicious!

Now, until Sunday April 19th only, you can purchase 2 quarts at the retail price and get the second 2 quarts FREE!

That's a whole gallon packaged in 4 high quality glass jars. Many people have begged us to package this in larger containers, like gallons, because they consume so much.

But it is not practical to package this in gallons.

For one thing, during the hot summer months the coconut oil in this product turns liquid and separates, just as in other natural nut butters or peanut butter. It needs to be mixed back in.

During the winter cold months, the oil gets very hard, and it is almost impossible to get the material out of a large container as it becomes literally hard as a rock. Therefore, it needs to be warmed in the winter time.

So this is your chance to purchase a couple of gallons at a lower price, packaged in glass jars! The normal retail price for this is $108.00, but now you can purchase 4 quarts for only $54.00!

So you put the Lyme in the coconut, eh?

Sounds good to me!

Tincup,
I see you've not lost your form...good one!

I recently bought some Coconut Milk which is actually made from the coconut cream referred to above and has those healthy middle chain fatty acids.

It comes in unsweetened and Vanilla and Chocolate. It's only lightly sweetened and tastes nice.

Tincup, you're giving Lyme Brain a bad name - you are too witty and people will never believe we have cognitive problems!

Cass, thanks for the tip. I have coconut oil here but I've been wanting to try the cream - and money is very tight right now!!

okay, what's the difference between coconut oil, coconut cream, and 'raw organic coconut butter'? and which one is better for you/tastes the best? [Smile]

(i used to try to eat a tablespoon of coconut oil a day, but it started making me really nauseous and now i can't tolerate it. would the cream or butter be more tolerable taste-wise?)

Yes, the butter is so much better than the oil. It's addicting!!!

Co**** cream concentrate is the finely ground flesh of the coconut. To me, it tastes like the insides of a Mounds bar!

Coconut oil, to me, tastes like oil with a slight flavor of coconut. Not my favorite, for sure!!

I've never had coconut butter, so I can't comment on that.

Best,

Cass A
