At any rate, this is WONDERFUL stuff for eating if you're taking Mepron, for example. I lost about 10 lbs, while eating several times the amount of fat I usually do while taking Mepron, by the fat being coconut cream.

okay, what's the difference between coconut oil, coconut cream, and 'raw organic coconut butter'? and which one is better for you/tastes the best?
(i used to try to eat a tablespoon of coconut oil a day, but it started making me really nauseous and now i can't tolerate it. would the cream or butter be more tolerable taste-wise?)

Co**** cream concentrate is the finely ground flesh of the coconut. To me, it tastes like the insides of a Mounds bar!
Coconut oil, to me, tastes like oil with a slight flavor of coconut. Not my favorite, for sure!!
I've never had coconut butter, so I can't comment on that.
