Anyone know what these are? The first one started 2 days ago while on Clindamycin/Quinine. I wake up today and ANOTHER is there that looks like it right next to it. It kind of freaks me out.
They are not really raised, not itchy. I don't recall a mosquito bite(s) or other bug bites recently. Didn't slam my arm.
Any thoughts/ideas?

Is this the site of your tick bite? It may be responding to the abx. It almost looks like there is central clearing.

I never recall getting any tick bite past or present. That's what was strange.
I was wondering it's an allergic reaction to something?

Good job with those photos - they are very clear! Please make sure to take at least one with your face in them, and some form of proving the date. That can really help you in many ways in future.
As for what they are, they do seem to have central clearing, but I am not a medical professional or an expert. Hopefully they might become clearer, or your LLMD may be able to tell as it is. When is your next appt?
EM rashes do not commonly have itching or pain.
As for how EM can show up long after a bite (or other mode of transmission), they can and do, and can show up all over the body, in multiple places or just one, and can be anywhere, not only at the site of the bite or bites.
Lyme lives/sequesters in the skin (and other areas) where the antibiotics are unable to reach very well.
I would definitely take some more pics with your face and a date or something (newspaper in hand or similar) and have these for your next LLMD visit, see what he says. Also keep taking pics throughout the rash, in case it changes.
