Last weekend I took 250mg of Tindamax 2x a day and felt fine. My LLMD wants me to take 500mg once per day. Do you think I will notice any difference taking it all at once? I know a lot of you have taken a lot more.

Speaking of BIRDS...there is a crazy robin that has been attacking my windows DAILY, ALL DAY...FOR WEEKS... [bonk]

I wonder if he has some crazy disease or is toxic from the yard chemicals that everyone has sprayed at this time of year...

I almost want to put the thing out of it's misery!

Once per day is fine. You may cut the pill if necessary in the future. You should not notice a difference. The half-life (how long the body processes the drug, is about 13 hours. It remains at plasma concentrations for about the same time period. A spike will simply increase the killing concentration sooner.
