Lately my wrist has been crackling every time i move it, and on the other arm... it there is a pop right in the middle of my arm everytime i move my wrist. and also in the bottom of my spine i get the same crackling that is in my wrist. And in my neck i get a creaky poppy kind of thing.
Could these things be due to the lyme?

yes, they are! when i sleep, i have both wrists elevated on a soft comforter for all the aching.
