They do not stock pile their vitamins, either, so they've not sat for years in a hot warehouse. They stamp the date made on the bottle.
I've used several of their products over the years and find them to be a top-notch company. they also have wonderful research articles with solid citations to back up work.

Thanks, Keebler. How did you find out they are made in the USA? I can't find it on the site.
I know some are manufactured in the USA, but the raw materials often come from China.

Raw materials for herbs often come from China, not so much for vitamins (at least for THIS company).
I've talked to them. VRP does carry herbs (and I'm sure many of their herbs are from overseas) but since you asked about vitamins, I was only thinking about vitamins.
Their plant is in Nevada and their vitamins are made here. I just called to confirm this.
Raw materials for vitamins: MOST of it is from the U.S. For anything that comes in to the plant, whether from U.S. or overseas, they have strict rules and a designated work area for checking everything even before it is admitted into their processing plant.
but watch out, they're expensive.

One thing to be careful of :
Some companies IMPORT their vitamins from China or where ever and it will say on the bottle the site they are imported TO.
It will say, "distributed by such and such company in Any City, NJ." Doesn't mean it's from that city, state, or country.
