I remember taking the Cumanda 30 min before breakfast, Samento at night and Enula 30 min after the Cumanda.
I take my minerals, vitamins and fish oil with Breakfast and lunch for better absorption.
I hope this helps!

This can get very tricky. I am on the full cowden, and right now I'm doing banderol and samento along with parsley etc.
They are all taken 30 min before meals and bedtime. I'm pretty sure cumanda, quina, banderol, and samento are only suppossed to be taken 2 at a time, that is 2 in one day. Through the cowden schedule, after awhile they are switched ie next I will take enula and quina instead of banderol and samento.
Hope I'm not confusing you, but the cowden is confusing.
Are you doing this under a Dr.? Depending on how you react (everyone is different), you should not just do this on your own. I ws allergic to cumanda so had to replace it with banderol.
As far as the supps, you should not take the mag at the sametime as abx, but I think I took the others.
Hope this helps, and if there's something I can try to explain better, let me know.
Linda

Well, my Dr wants me to take samento, cumanda, the add in the enula and/or banderol. Anyone know what to take with what?
I am currently taking cumanda, then samento at bed. Was going to wait a week then add in quina. After 2 weeks, rotate cumanda/quina and substitue enula/banderol.
My LLMD didn't help much
