after 3 months on doxy, I think my kidneys (one side only) and urinary track my be fighting something. I've been reading a lot on this message board about yeast, could this be the source of my problems, I'm hesitant about seeing yet another specialist, it took years just to get the referral to the Inf. disease specialist who finally decided that yes, I did have lyme and yes he felt he could treat it.

you're going to an INFECTIOUS DR; sorry, big mistake!! they treat normally 3 wks. only of meds, and "you are cured"!!
