The doctor ordered a lyme disease screen w/reflex to WB. I believe the test previously odered was a Lyme disease AB, IgG, IgM WB. Does anyone know what the difference between the two tests are?

Screen is Elisa and if found positive WB is done.
If WB is not done by a Bb/Lyme specific lab it is
worthless. Something we have all learned here.
