I'm herxing roughly every 3 weeks, which I know is pretty common.
What I'm wondering is if others of you have seen a shift in your herxing symptoms? First two herx's on latest treatment were mostly Flu-like, and fibro.
This herx is less of that and more neuro: dizzyness, anxiety, difficulty breathing, akasthesia. Pretty intense.
Haven't switched treatment...I'm still on Zith, Mino, and cat's claw.
