I just got my DNA readings from the parasite, I isolated and submitted for testing.
This result, is sensitive.
I will post it later, after I figure out how to put it.

Well. It is some sort of bug with plasmodium genes.
Please don't contact the Lab [can't remember if I posted it] because they are going out on a limb, by using the primers. They are very dedicated, but have no business doing medical clinical analysis.
I submitted isolated material as water quality testing sample.
There seems to be some other related protists involved, but the full sequencing will not be complete until next week.

FYI - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Plasmodium

microw- do you think you got this in North America - or have you been traveling. There are many varieties of this parasite. Just curious if you got this in the US or Canada.

Never been anywhere exotic. Been to Pheonix Arizona once, that's all. There are plenty of co-infections that ride along with this thing too.
The odd thing is, there are two plasmodium species identified:
Plasmodium knowlesi, and plasmodium falciparum
The analysis is being reviewed by some experts in my network, but the lab guys are mystified.
We'll know more next week.
BTW it makes me a wee bit paranoid revealing this information, esp. when it is incomplete.
I just don't want the lab guys taking any heat.

Microw, I got extremely ill in Phoenix, AZ in early '07 and really my health went down from then...endless illness, viral pneumonia, etc. It was a freak sudden illness.

Any chance it's a West Coast issue? I live in MI.

hi Mojoey
I saw on your blog that you order humawom like this

Humaworm for parasite cleanse (customized order without cascara sagrada and senna)..??

Can you share why you take out the cascara sagrada and Senna.
I assume the sennna is due to stimulation and wanting to avoid it?
But I could be wrong and..

Well would you mind sharing?

Thanks
