I have been taking Alinia for two weeks now and I get really bad anxiety from it...anyone else? I take 1000 mg's a day.

I don't take it but it is an antiparasitic. Parasites cause anxiety and you might be experiencing a herx from the dieoff. Hang In there,

Thank you. It's so awful and feels like my throat is closing too. Not in an allergic reaction way, but like I have sleep apnea during the day.

Yes, crying all day today, got into a huge fight with my boyfriend over nothing a week ago and nearly destroyed the relationship.
Plus Alinia has brought out air hunger, which I haven't had in five years of treatment for the other tick diseases. So it's stirring up Babesia for me, which I'm positive for.
The pits. Glad I'm not alone, but sorry you are suffering.
