Dry skin brushing takes too much energy. What if I just jump up and down 10 times every day?
I'm serious! I have a swollen lymph node, and it hurts!
I'm off to skin brush now.

I'm not sure on bouncing but you can make a castor oil patch and use it, it's definitely helped mine out.

You can actually sit on the edge of a bed and bounce gently up and down -- I think 3 to 5 minutes is the ususal time. Of course a mini-trampoline is even a better option.
I also second the idea of a castor oil pack. Or depending on the location of the swollen lymph nodes a mustard poultice might also work. Just be sure not to burn your skin.
Hubby uses the red root tincture suggested by Buhner and it does seem to help with lymph drainage.

Lymph drainage massages also work.
I get them regularly, and also have a min-tramp/rebounder.

Thanks.
I have no room for a mini-tramp. So, the bed it is...maybe. I can't afford the massages.
I can only imagine what my husband is going to think. LOL

My rebounder is in my dining room ... we use the dining room all the time because we don't have an eat in kitchen. They are really small.

If a mini-trampoline would work, wouldn't a pogo stick be even better??
