I don't shop there. I go to a health food store (a store that has lots of food) and buy their refrigerated probiotics.

Also, get some kefir (like liquid yogurt) and drink that daily as recommended by Burrascano. Be sure it is the plain kefir so you are not drinking sugar.

I agree with TF. Go to a good local heath food store, the kind that sells alot of wholesome organic foods, vitamins and/or supplements and products.

It doesn't have to be a famous chain.

GNC is mostly geared toward weight trainers.

I would not buy GNC brand supplements. A quick read of the ingredient list is all you need to do to know that there stuff is not oriented to those who want pharmaceutical grade products.

Products are much cheaper on-line, (as someone justed posted this statement to another thread).

Start with Amazon and go from there.

I see the same stuff in GNC (at a much higher price) that I buy online from http://www.iherb.com/

Same brand names and all.
