has anyone had much luck taking good ole amoxicillin?

or do you really need a more heavy duty abx to start with.

I liked it just recently off. Was on probenecid too (to keep the amoxi in body longer).

is probenecid an abx also? if not is it an over the counter thing?

it is a presciption...usually used for gout,

"is an uricosuric drug that increases uric acid excretion in the urine"

"increase blood levels of penicillin type antibiotics"

What doseof amoxi are you on? I did 3,000 a day (just a fyi)
