has anyone tried kefir as a probiotic? i have some kefir grains ordered, and will try to make my own kefir.

trying to save some $$ and this seemed the cheapest, but good quality probiotic.anyone have any info on Kefir??

jessie, do a search on this ok.

click search on top

type in KEFIR
medical
subject
any date
leave membership no. blank; click search

read all posts/replies; if none, USE BACK key
change subject to text, and click search

do same as above.

i remember many kefir posts ok [Smile]
