Yes, very good info...

my llmd had wanted me to take cipro over a year ago, but I didn't want to take an abx till after I went on the Marshall Protocol...

but after a year of supplements and good nutrition and rethinking the MP (not good for people with adrenal compromise - most lymies??), I am hoping that good nutrition/supplements and getting my hormones in balance will keep me from having to take abx ever again.

BTW my only symptom now is slight fatigue, unless I get run down and then some of the original symptoms return...

then a few weeks of a restful schedule and increase in Iodine and I am back to my normal slight fatigue.

Sometimes I think I am back to my pre-Lyme normal and forget I have a bug that grows when I stress my body too much...then bam! I am in bed a lot and doing very little. This reinforces my family's belief that it is all in my head, that I am trying to get attention and feeling sorry for myself!

I think I'm finally learning how to live with this disease and be able to play the game of "Karla/Mom doesn't have a disease" so I can have a relationship with my children and grandchildren.

My LLMD just gave me a script for Factive to be taken everyday and I see it is on the list! I took it 5 days last month and it seemed to help on the 4th day.

I don't think my ins is ever going to go for it anyway, it's very expensive and suppossed to be only a 5 day thing. My LLMD said they do have ppl it is helping though.
