my daughter's CD57 test just came back with a result of 30. This is a very low number and I was wondering why is it so low when she has been on abx for three years. How accurate is this test? Should it be redone in the future? What does this test mean?

i have used AG Immune and Dr. Weils Immune Booster to try and raise mine.
you may want to check in with your doctor to see what he recommends.

My doctor, who's been treating Lyme over 25 years, does not use the CD57 because other factors can lower or raise it, such as strep throat.
I was sick for most of my life before I was properly diagnosed with Lyme disease, as well as other co-infections. I was diagnosed with a highly positive Western Blot through IGenex. I have been under treatment for 7 years. I am doing well, but I still have some Lyme symptoms. My natural killer count is 500. My kids and husband have Lyme and their natural killer count is very low.
The way it was explained to me is Lyme and other infections cause our immunes to be dysfunctional. Your natural killer count should not be too high, or too low. Too low indicates the obvious, and a too high count can indicate a hyper humoral state, which is when your body starts attacking itself. My doctor did additional immune tests to verify if my immune was in a hyper "autoimmune" attacking mode, which it is not.
Not sure this helps, but this is what I learned through my doctor.
