People who had thyroid damage as a result of Hanford Nuclear Power Plant were prohibited from suing the government.
I don't know all the pros and cons but it seems like they have no incentive to do the right thing when they are not held accountable for wrong doing.
Very odd that vaccine makers have been given the same immunity. Sure seems like there should be *some* accountability.

I think Sebeilus and other lawmakers really have no clue what it is they're doing. She was governor of Kansas now she's running the cabinet position just being lobbied constantly by these bigpharma corporations so she thinks she's doing something good. That's my guess, I wouldn't think every single lawmaker wanted people crippled or disabled but they're just as clueless as we used to be before we understood the truth about these corrupt companies.

In case some don't know, every time you go in to
get a jab you sign a form stating no foul. You
cannot sue your doctor and you are left to fend
for yourself to try to come up with a good case
if you so choose to receive compensation it will
be from the government. Not the maker and not the
company that made it. If you or your child dies
from said vaccine most doctors will not help you
prove it and there are only 2 labs here who will.
But first you have to prove it before burial.
So how many grieving people do you know who will
do this? Just another side of the story.
