I understand that dysbiosis can be a cause/co-factor for Lyme, but what causes dysbiosis in the first place?
Does Lyme cause the dysbiosis? Does Lyme "eat" the good bacteria?
Lack of blood flow, and, hence, lack of oxygen to intestinal cells?

There are many causes. For most, it comes from our very poor American diet, junk food, excess
sugar, juice, soda and carbohydrates which lead to an over growth of candida. The candida feeds on of this kind of diet and it begins a process of fermentation in your gut, hence the bloating and gas.
Often this leads to leaky gut syndrome, where the good bacteria that line the intestinal wall have been replaced by bad bacteria. Now the intestines become permeable and proteins enter the blood stream causing allergies and alerting the adrenals of foreign invades making them work 24/7, which can lead to adrenal burn out.
Also, just being on ABX and not being on a yeast free diet and not taking abundant probiotics can cause it, as well. And, of course, having a parasite in your body does not help.

Well, that may be true for most, amxnomore, but I had bacterial dysbiosis and I have eaten a healthy diet for years and years so I think Lyme's weakening of the immune system can be a contributor.
I had not only a bad bacterial overgrowth that took months to resolve, I also had plenty of parasites to go with it.

I agree with you. That can be one of the many causes, as well. I had them, too. Often the
bacterial gains a foothold when we have low stomach acid. That was the case with me.
Lyme is also a contributor but poor diet will certainly make the problem worse.
