I was on Ceftin and Biaxin and I'm out of Biaxin so I'd like to use up my HH capsules.

Does anyone know when to take the HH? With the ABX or space them. Empty stomach or full?

I can't find my Zhang book!

Dr. Schaller in his bartonella book recommends Zhang's HH with meals because of nausea otherwise.
