Now im seeing a specialist who doesnt think i have neuro lymes however he is making go do an mri.is 500mgs x3 alot?

No, it is not a lot. With Amox you can go way higher. Are you on a cyst buster or an additional ABX?
An MRI is a good idea to see if you have any lesions or white matter on your brain. The absence of such does not mean you don't have neuro lyme.
You should also request a pet scan which examines blood flood in the brain. I hope your scan results are OK.
