Can you share with me a little about where you get yours, what is the cost on so many supplements.
Lately my brain feels so overwhelmed it isnt sure if it wants to just cry or explode. I really appreciate any feedback as I try to manuever through this crazy disease that has taken over my life.

Dr. Burrascano's most recent "Diagnostic Hints and 2008 Treatment Guidelines for Lyme and Other Tick Borne Illnesses" .
i agree it is quite overwhelming in the beginning! especially when you dont feel good.
to start, most llmd's recommend a good multivitamin, super b complex (without yeast), fish oil, immune booster, (such as AG Immune or Dr. Weils), co q10, magnesium and a good high culture /high strain probiotic.
the probiotic is extremely important if you are on antibiotics. look for refrigerated 20 billion live cultures and at least 10 strains.
mostly you can find them in your local health food store.
you may want to consult with your own LLMD as they usually provide supplements they like to recommend.
