I have babs. And i might have bart. started out well on mepron/zith and then started to plummet... is the zith attacking a possible bart infection....am i not clearing toxins fast enough? who has had similar experiences to extreme fatigue from zith and other anti bart pills...how long does this last if it is a herx...sould i let up or push though? we're talking 15+ hrs of sleep daily - really dragging.

Sorry you're feeling so badly. It will help us if you give more info.
How long have you been on abx? How long have you had Babs? Do you also have lyme? (it would be unlikely that you'd have one without the other).
When were you diagnosed? Are you seeing a LLMD?
What were your symptoms before the abx? What are they now (besides fatigue?
Without knowing this info, I can still suggest staying with the tx. You have a infection, it needs to be eliminated. It won't get better by itself.
