Hard to say. Does he seem to do it also after exertion? Can you ask him about it? i know a 4 year old probably can't tell you much.

If I tell him not to do that, it scares me, he

seems to do it more. So I don't think he

understands. No nose flare though like with

asthma. He does do it after exertion but it

could be because he is tired after playing. No

wheeze or turning blue. He is tuckered out now

and fell asleep 3 hours before bedtime. He did

play hard today and got up earlier than ususal.
