Hi all. I feel so good by the ocean and I did some research - I think it is due to the negative ions in the sea air.

I would like to get some sort of negtive ion generator for our home, but we got 'burned" by the Sharper Image Ionic breeze -

bought 2 of them about 5 years ago ($$$) and then found out shortly therafter they were dangerous.

Are all negative ion generators dangerous like the Ionic Breeze or are certain models different?

I also came across info aboout salt lamps generating negative ions, but again some say it is not really enough to cause much of an effect.

Any advice would be appreciated!

Yikes, I have ionic breeze, why are they dangerous?

Well, there was a huge lawsuit over them and Sharper Image went out of business because of it.

I believe the Ionic Breeze is considered to give off dangerous levels of ozone which can damage your lungs.
