I would like it if people could share what their major symptoms of Babesia have been, and how this is different from Lyme or Bartonella symptoms.

Here's a pretty good article on babesiosis that I have found to be pretty accurate with the symptoms. My children had many of them.

Night sweats are also a very common symptom, but not everyone has them and if they do, they might not happen every night.

I get chills and sweats. A few nights ago, I had to put on winter pajamas and a heavy robe (I live in Florida) to fall asleep. 4 hours later I woke up in a sweat.
The worse is the constant fatigue. It's the worse.
The air hunger or shortness of breath is also a primary symptom for me.
