I feel like this title is deceiving. Because enzymes are helpful to us Lymie.
The article is saying that the bacterias are producing an enzyme that creates nitric oxide which helps it resist antibiotics.
So the medicine that is being designed is a blocker of that specific nitric oxide producing enzyme from the bacteria.
Ive come across an enzyme as a recomendation from my LLMD called serrapeptase it breaks down biofilms.
And hey That is a very important enzyme indeed!
I just would hate for someone to get the wrong meaning out of the title!
The serrapeptase enzyme also just get dead tissues in general of any type out of the body without harming living tissues.
So it helps, sinitus, hormone balancing, pain blocking, a large range of things. One company making it is Enerex.
